Hi amitaroraonline,
We got your issue. To set color filter, you need to enter the Dashboard, choose Appearance>>Widgets and add Woocommerce Layered Nav in to Widgets Shop Area (we added this widget into your site see the attachment screenshot) and your issue will be solved.
We checked on your site, almost of the products, it have not yet add the attribute color. Please do it and let us know your result.
