    We got your issue. Could you send us your admin login + FTP account via secret information? We would like to check directly your site and help you solve this problem. Other way, please enter the dashboard, choose Woocommerce>>Settings>>Product Tab>>Displays, you can change the size of images there. Hope it useful for you.
