    Hamburger Icon

    Hello,

    I can't make the hamburger menu icon appear when resizing the browser. I see it does on the demo but not on my website. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    I checked your site and I saw that you don't hook the Advanced Top menu on Layout Builder.
    I configured menu for you. However it seems that the menus do not work. Have you customized any files on your site?
    Some elements are different from demo site.
    Please BACKUP both your database + source code and provide us your FTP account. We will import your data and make it similar with demo.

    Hello

    Sorry for the delay.

    I will use this ticket to ask about another problem: On the authentication page (click on "mi cuenta" top-left corner) I want to register another account but when I click on "create account" there is a blank page and nothing happens. The only way to register is by buying something, but I'd like the authentication page to work. What's wrong?

    Hi mate.

    As I checked on your site, I cannot see where the "mi cuenta" is. The texts on the right corner (homepage) is white color.
    Could you please show that element? I will help you to check again.

    It seems that your issue relates to Language.
    have you ever customized any files for your site? Just because we will not support for customized site. However we will help you to check the reason why.

    I have customized 2 prestashop files: contact.tpl and category.tpl. But I don't think they are related to myaccount issue.

    I'm attaching below the FTP credentials. I hope you can help me find the reason why it's not working.

    I've tried and I got nothing.
    I am wondering about Encryption or Logon type. Which types are you using to access to? I tried with your provided account but I cannot.

    I do get a "unknown encryption" message when I try to connect, but I just click on "accept" and go on connecting without problems. I'm attaching a screenshot of the message i'm getting from FileZilla (sorry it's in spanish) for more details. I hope you manage to log in. Thank you.
