The font is already in the css. Sometimes it loads for a second then goes away. It worked fine but recently stopped working. if you look at the css of the sloga, you will see the font. I think it's called Prelude or something. It's the font that originally came with the theme.

We got your info. To change the slogan font, you need to enter the Dashboard, choose Boutique, Theme Options>>Custom JS/CSS and enter these Codes: (see attachment screenshot)
.header.style3 .slogan {
font-family: 'DearPrudence'!important;
}
Please do it and let us know your result.
