bradcrumbs not working

Hi, suddenly the breadcrumbs show wrong category / product all over the shop. No idea why, we couldnt find the bug. Thanks for help.

The reported problem is solved without debugging. Breadcrumbs work again, as suddenly as they stopped working. Strange.
Or did you fix it?
