    Adding to cart not working when using friendly URL

    I am receiving an error:

    Impossible to add the product to the cart.
    textStatus: 'parsererror'
    errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0'
    responseText:

    without friendly URL cart is working

    We checked in your site. It might because you turn on Intelligent cache for JavaScript during your configuration for your site so it saved automatically all the errors before. We turn off, turn on again and clear cache for you. Now it works well.
    Please check again your problems.

    Sorry but its not working. I switched to unfriendly URL few days ago and everything was working. Now I switched to friendy URL and cannot add anything to cart. Disabling cache for JS is not helping. The issue persists. Log on my backoffice and store now and check.

    We checked on our demo site and we did not meet the same with yours.
    Could you please provide us your FTP? We will try on code.
    Remember to BACKUP both your database + source code before sending us.

    Please check again your FTP account. It seems that this account is not correct one. I mean this is not for your site that you want us to configure.

    The FTP account is correct. Please check the folder I wrote you about - there is a source of the site on boutique template.

    Hi mate.

    I got the feed back from my coder.
    He had the explanation:
    1. About your FTP account: When he accessed to FTP, he could not find out the folder testuj
    It showed a notice that:
    [08:31:50] [R] CWD domains/besmartdesign.pl/public_html/testuj
    [08:31:51] [R] 550 domains/besmartdesign.pl/public_html/testuj: No such file or directory

    2. When he checked your Domain Store, you put the link is: testuj.besmartdesign.pl
    However, this link is not available without adding .../pl/ (http://testuj.besmartdesign.pl/pl/) when going to homepage. Even when you go to your back end link site, the page has same problem. Please by somehow, configure your site to make sure that it has the same link.

    The problem was caused by URL of the page that you described in point 2. When I set it correctly, admin and page without any sufix loading - the issue with adding to chart on friendly URL - gone :)
