Subcategories not showing

Subcategories are not showing..
we want to show the categories but nothing in working
i send you a screenshot from the default template of prestashop that the subdirectories are on site..

Hi mate.

We checked this issue on our site and we also do not style to show the subcategory. If you want to display, we have to customize your site. It's located in code. However, could you please provide us your web site back end and FTP account? We would like to check on your site first.
