Missing Ovic Theme config in prestashop admin menu

I had installed the theme just to try it and all right, but then to clean the shop installation I had uninstall it -within all other themes that we had tried-, and when I install again the menu entry "Ovic Theme config" is missing from the prestashop admin menu.

I found how to solve it, using the "reset" option of "oviclayoutcontrol" in "AdminModules" but is annoying.
I only write this to inform about the issue.
