    Checkout page is disabled

    When I go to the checkout page and start filling out address information, the payment options become disabled. They are initially enabled when first entering the page, but seem to disable after filling out a field or two. I've installed the Stripe payment gateway plug-in ... is there something incompatible there? See attachment.

    Thanks. Please ensure that if the developers are logging into the site that they keep the "Coming soon mode" plug-in activated.

    We got your issue. Because you set Base local for British Columbia (see attachment screenshot). It can be the cause. Please enter the correct information about the region British Columbia (including address, phone number, post code,...). Please try it and let us know your result.

    I'm not sure i understand - where do I enter the correct information? In that drop down the only option is to select a province (British Columbia) - what else do I need to do?

    Hi dkofoed,
    You need to enter the details and exactly address, phone numbers, post code, ... in British Columbia region. We do not know that place so when we enter phone numbers and post codes then that button is disabled.
