    Some pages not available in purchased item

    I'm really into this http://kute-themes.com/html/luckyshop/html/index5.html, so I bought LuckyShop site template.
    After I finished purchasing and downloading the file, I only get template structure index1, index2, index3. There's no the other index pages and esp. the page that I wanted before I bought this. How could I get those pages?
