Problems with Boutique Theme

Good morning, I bought the theme Boutique, I've set it as the document says, but once installed does not make me change the names of menu or submenu, what I mean is that it is not for the numbers in your Installation and Quick Start Guide with blocks containing each home, I selected the home 18, and can not change anything, I hope I can help, thank you very much

I got that this issue is similar with the last one that you posted before (http://support.ovicsoft.com/topic/show-topic/23705).
Can I close that ticket?
One more thing, I cannot access to your website back end (pls check the attachment below). Could you please send it again?

It's fine. I accessed to your website. However, it seems that your site infected the virus. The Kaspersky Internet Security anti - virus prevented me from going to your back - end. Could you please check it again?
In addition, I tried to install a new Boutique theme on my site. I also chose Home page 18, and I still configured anything there (including change the name of menu and submenu)
