Header Menus Broken

Hello Friends welll i have a problem with the menu at the to of the theme, the problem is when i click on any of the icons of "cart", "account" and "whislists" i always got redirect to home page and not to cart, account or wishlists page, what's the problem? i can't figure it out. i left some admin info below so you can check it.
