Some options are not working

1. in home page blog images are little blur (in NEW IN TODAY box)

2. blog page shows only no images available ( no image, content and comment)

3. if you click on the image in blog page it pops the image but, there will be no option for close (for close we have to click, reload or back button)

4. where to edit CONTACT US details Subject Heading drop-down options and email address (customer service and webmaster)in CONTACT US page

5. Mouse over to zoom in is not displaying in products page

i already sent cpanel details instead of ftp, please cheek again, i am sending cpanel details in secret information

some more options are not working, so please solve the errors and i will send some more later.
i write ftp details in secret information. please urgent help
