    We checked your site and got the same problems as you mentioned. Please do as our guide in the attachment file and let us know your results.
    - About update latest theme version issue: By default, when you update the latest theme version, it will not lose data. Do you install the child's-theme? Do you have any change on the main theme (customize something on main theme)? If you customized on the main theme, it will be changed when you update the new version.

    NOTE: You posted too much tickets, it's made hard for us to manage all of the queries within this forum, hope you understand us. For easier way, you can list all your questions in a document file and attach it there, we will answer you as soon as possible.

    I restored back up and then Update to the last version and it is OK now.
    and I have other problem now, and I like ask you for change my Item Purchase Code, because some one stolen or clone my site.

    We recently discussed with the boss about your problem. We are very sorry that we can not help much in this case. We can not change the Item Purchase Code for you(because it is generated by the system). You should change your password in themeforest.net. Someone, who will not be able to download the theme update in the future.

    I try reinstall my Wordpress again and when I try activate the plugin KutethemeToolkit it show error
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /wp-content/plugins/kutetheme-toolkit/kutetheme-toolkit.php on line 137

    Basically, I had really bad experience give other people access to admin login and FTP account. I can give you full permission on Team Viewer please let me know when and what time is OK for you.

    I just reinstall wordpress and upload kuteshop theme then install recommended plugin, on document of kuteshop and as you can see when I try active KutethemeToolkit it show error.

    I think problem about fail to import media because it try to download file from
    http://kutethemes.net/sample-data/kuteshop/option1
    but this URL not available.
    I just use my old backup and then upgrade to new version.
