    Upload Theme Error

    why when I upload the wordpress theme, the result is "Unpacking the package ...

    Installing the theme ...

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.

    please help in order to be used

    I have just checked your screenshot and see that: you setup-ed the Luckyshop for wordpress theme and you are submitting your ticket in HTML Template. It is not correct.

    if I could cancel his previous HTML theme and buy wordpress theme.

    You can buy Wordpress theme then please go to that email address to provide the purchase code of Wordpress theme after buying again. My admin will check the email and confirm for your ordering.
    Then please submit a ticket on HTML template like this to request the refund for the wrong template that you bought.

    Let me jump in to this conversation (because I already discuss with Angga earlier)

    We're expecting you guys to do a refund (give the credit back; not by refunding by a voucher) to Angga's payment source (paypal) since the theme (that mistakenly purchased by Angga) will not be used.

    I believe that you're doing such a good business with a good wheel. And I also believe that to do a refund is not that hard and will not harm your business (in fact, you're proofing that you're doing a professional business and put a big concern to your customer satisfaction by providing a great after-sales service to your current customer)
