    Hello , i do the steps , but look how destroyed is the design , please do not do me a copy and paste , have serious look at my website i am in serious trouble , i spent a time to open a ticket your way , please solve this , my time should not go in a copy and paste .

    We can not login your ftp account. Please re-check it and let us know.
    - About Mega menu issue: You need to go to Dashboard, choose Appearance>> Menus>> select Main menu and do follow the attachment screenshot.
    - About Products issue: Please add more products in to the shop page, we will help you fix it.
