LATEST ISSUES - PLEASE FIX THEM ASAP

1. MAJOR - order summary is wrong after choosing courier.. check the image
2. MAJOR - if i have Cache enabled Vertical Menu show the same text in almost every sub-menu.....
3. Layered navigation filters not working
4. REMOVE ALL still not working...
5. Group categories "add to cart" not working
6. Custom banner module do not accept the width i give.. ex col-md-4 ... it only uses col-md-6 ... i managed to fix it (more... hack it) but it is not a good solution...
7. I need group categories module to sort products by Lower Price to Higher.. (Need that tomorrow but mention it as a feature update..)

I cannot think of any more right now.. please check and fix them tomorrow... the shop is really busy with many customers online....

i restored the site... we lost 3 orders guys.,..
PLEASE the site has many visits... be more carefull..

After enable cache, pls clear cache

this is not working... other buyers have this issue too guys....

layered navigation has MANY duplicates... please check... i cannot remove them whatever i do...
