no php files

Hello there,
I downloaded EDO template (https://themeforest.net/item/edo-ecommerce-responsive-html-template/12217500)
but it doesn't contain PHP files. While in the description there is:
"ThemeForest Files Included PHP Files, HTML Files, CSS Files, JS Files, PSD"
So I have to handle duplication of header, category, ... myself? It'll be really annoying.
