    Red Line in Header Option 3

    There is a red bar on horizontal menu in header as shown in attachment. I can't understand how to remove it.

    It's a fresh installation, I've just managed colors for header in orange, can I switch to default values?
    And with supershop Live chat pro is not working, have you seen before this problem?

    If you changed the colors in the files by yourself, you can also switch to default as the original.
    About Live chat pro, could you please send us this module? We will try to set up and check on our theme first. If it runs ok, we will help you to make it works.

    I've changed colors by the module Supershop Multi font- multi color and not "in the file" by myself (nice stupid answer for a support service!). I've fixed Live Chat pro, I only need that option 3 of your template is like the default. Top menu is with a red bar on it, and if I insert a "Supershop quick search with category bar" that is enough for me I can't see in option 3 layout (in option 2 is well working). No other top menu is shown if I add in displaytop using your Ovic layout builder.
    My question is: how I can turn to default installation of your theme (I've just remove and reinstalled, but I've always the red bar?

    We've gone to your site and we see that the red bar on horizontal menu in header has been disappeared.

    Only because I've selected the option 2 temporary! I've just switch to option 3 and red bar is shown as always.
