    Redirection problem

    It is regarding my website www.kokkivoclothing.com

    The problem we are recently facing is when a user is trying to visit our website through kokkivoclothing.com
    A different page is coming showing that registration is disabled etc. Please see the screeshot attached.
    We tried contacting the host provider but they replied the error is with the code and can be only fixed by the developer. Since you people have developed this theme "Boutique" . Therefore, I desperately need your help to get rid of this error.

    Please visit our site by typing kokkivoclothing.com without prefix www.
    The problem we got was by doing the same way. You can see the URL also changed which was not suppose to happen.

    same credential is working fine with us. Please check the gif image below.
    Are you using Filezilla? As it is working normal in my case.

    We are still getting the error after so many days we really have to fix it and really need your teams help.
    please forward us the screenshot of what you are facing to connect our website ?

    we spoke to our hosting partner and trying to fix it but they saying that it is coding error which is redirecting the website to that signup page again and again and has to be fixed by wordpress theme team see the screenshot if you dont believe : http://prntscr.com/d8btm5
