1. "adjust the width of the menu": You should edit block width = col-sm-12 as we edited item Marcas of your main menus. You can do the same with the other.

2. "the effect when i do mouseover": We changed layout of Flexible Group Banner in your site into Column style. Now it works as you wish.

3. "show a shopping cart and search button": Have you done any customization for your site? We checked and we found out some difference with our site.

4. "change the color": Our coder will check your source - code then help you to solve it.
