    No favicon or Logo omg for Logancee

    Hi,

    I just checked the documentation folder for the favicon and logo for the Logancee template but found nothing. Is it possible to have them sent please?

    I would also like to add that none of the templates are showing up correctly on the website. Please see snapshots below. I did follow installation instructions and all, downloaded the demo images mentioned in the documentation file, but still don't have the same results. Any help is welcomed.

    - We do not use the favicon for this theme so that we don't have any documentation to send.
    - "none of the templates are showing up correctly on the website": Could you please provide us again your website back - end account? We would like to access to your site to check directly then will show you the solution for this.

    Oh, I got your issue. I've checked your site already and it really likes a mess. Have you configured somethings for your site, haven't you?
    If you agree, we will help you to set up your site as demo, then you will set again your data for your site. Please provide us your FTP account also. Remember to back up all your database and source code before sending us.

    Thanks for the fast response. Actually I did not make any changes after uploading the template, reason I don't understand what went wrong.
    It'll be perfect if you cans et it as the demo version and i'll take it from there.

    Ok mate. We will help you to install the template. Could you please setup another Prestashop default, provide us the account then we install the theme basing on that Prestashop default.
