    Slider on the mobile version is not resposive

    Hello,

    The slider on the mobile version (iPhone5) is not responsive.

    Can you please help to fix that, so the images shows property?

    Hi Yame,

    Thanks for your prompt response. The slider was already activated on mobiles.The problem is that the picture is not showing properly on mobiles, it has a wrong scale on mobiles.

    Also the lateral grey background I used to have, at the left of the vertical menu, and to the right of the slider, has just disappeared.

    If you scroll down the website on a desktop, the slider is moving down..

    Can you please check?

    - About "the grey background": When I checked your site, I saw that you changed the color in the file (...themes/supershop/css/global.css). Your current background color is #FFF
    Please open the attached file below to understand and correct your setting.

    Hello Yame.

    I have customized many CSS files, after I posted the issue with the slider, and they were not related. e.g.: product description colors.

    On August 29 I posted my first issue on this post, regarding the unresposive slider in mobiles.

    After your answer on August 30th, I found the issues with the slider (slider is moving down when scrolling).

    This means that the person from your team edit some parameters with that result.

    It is not fair that I have to pay for a fix, for an issue that someone from your team caused. The customized services, requires a payment from me.

    This is also related with the template. Please find a way to fix this. I already paid 6 more months of service.

    We must emphasize that we have not visited your Cpnel yet. Our coder has just chekced the code in front - end and found differences in the structure of the slider. He told me to inform you so.

    Currently we are not able to access your Cpnel, you may have to change. Can you provide us with your account is not? We will help you examine the issue.
