Translationproblems of Theme Boutique

Hi, I bought the Theme Boutique. I want to use it for a German shop. I´m working with WordPress and I have got the plugins WPML and woocommerce German Market. But I cannot translate some fixed word in the "cart" in the "shop" an at some other places, for example "search". - Can you help me to translate these words into German language?
