Translation Problems

Hello Support,
I try to translate the theme front to an Hebrew and i worked on the mo/po files but even when i translate the string in the PO files it does not get translated in the website. I try the woocommerce and the wordpress PO files.
In the meantime i add to the 'kutetheme-child' a file called 'functions.php' and add strings for example:
$translated = str_ireplace('Dashboard', 'החשבון שלי', $translated);
It is not the way i supposed to translate all my website. I attached an example to what i mean.
Please help me to discover where is the problem.
