    Related products disappear

    Hi there,
    I have a problem with the related products in every product in my website that when i press on one of them of even just on the blank white area, all the related products are disappear.. just after a few clicks on the right & left directions i can see them again but if i press again they disappear again.
    I attached you an explanation image.

    We got your issues.
    - Translate issue: We check your issue and we do not know why. Maybe the Loco translate does not full support for your language. You can try the WPML plugin. Hope it useful for you.
    - Gallery issue: We have to find the cause of Visual Composer due shortcode(you can see the attachment screenshot). Please contact Visual Composer to fix this. We will also comment with visual composer so that they fix this .
    - Related product issue: We fixed directly on your site. Please check it and let us know.

    Hi webeffective,
    We purchase license for our theme and our customers can use for free. You can only update the Visual Composer plugin when we release the theme version. We are sorry, we can not give you license numbers.

    So i can't get any support from "wpbakery" the company that create the Visual Composer.
    They asked me for a license number and if i can't get any so they can't give me support to this problem.
    It means that i'm going to stay without any basic gallery in my website. really great!
