    Hello, I would like to have a top "special offer" banner as is shown on the top of the home page in your attached example. Can you please provide instructions?

    We got your intention however you can see on our demo 'http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/kuteshop/option1/' we do not use this banner, so if you want to do that you need to custom your site and we are very sorry we can not give you any suggestion in this case because we do not support for the customize work, really hope you understand for us.
