missing Product Category , Brand , Mega Menu options on "Menu" sections, please look at the attachment

Hi amrqudah2 ,
We got your question, because you have not enable it that why you can not see. To enable all, you need to go to backend>>Appearance>>Menus>> Screen Option and then you can enable them(You can see the link image below).
