What kind of question you are asking? Do you need me to shoot the video of installing the template and send over you? That's the only way you can check the issue?

Here the issue, I purchased the theme, unzipped. Tried to install the them by uploading the kutetheme v1.5.3.4.zip. file you provided. But it's not installing I tried lot of times but same problem is coming up al the time, I had attached a screen shot too.

I had send you my hosting details and WP log in details too, those informations are not enough for you for you find out the issue?
