It can not change payment

Hello,
I installed the plugin woo-doprava, which can add value even for payment. But you can not switch payment. Still returning "payment on delivery".

When you switch the template, everything is functional.
Do you know where the problem could be?

We got your issue and checked your site. Because the Category Order Order Terms and Taxonomy plugin is conflicted with other plugins in your site. You need to Deactive this plugin and your issue will be solved.

even if I disable all plugins and leave pay only shipping and woocommerci it is still the same problem. This means that there is an error in the template.

We checked your site and found out your issue. It is the Woo Transportation plugin. It works when we deactive that plugin. If you want to use PAYMENT TRANFER method, you need to custom your site follow your intention. However we do not support for the customize work. Hope you understand for us.

Woo Transportation plugin works on different templates, including those essential to WordPress. Therefore, even after consultation with the supplier plugin is an error in your template.
