Problem with cache APC

I got problem with working cache, when i enable APC cache i got this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function exists() on a non-object in /home/laseratl/domains/sklep.laseratl.com.pl/modules/verticalmegamenus/verticalmegamenus.php on line 1238
I think its problem with module verticalmegamenus.
another problem its with layout nr 2 and 5 with left column i got in product page this error
"This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination."
In other side i want to ask for some nice looking cms page to describe my company page.
