Problem with Ovic Layout Control

Hello,
I tried to install module from prestashop addons "Premium Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce". Module was not working properly. Module developer told me that problem caused Ovic Layout Control.
This is exactly the message I received:
"Layout Control: This module is totally neccessary to run Your theme (If you disable it, breaks the site: White page), Take care of it, because when install a new module, Layout Control block the installation an breaks the adition of new module at least in hook footer. Contact to developer about to fix this issue on new versions of their module."
Could you please check the problem and fix it?
Do you need FTP and backoffice access?
