PRoblems with category tabs

Hi

Im trying to change category tab name, but It appear empty

How can i Fix that ?

IT should be " alimentazione" instead theres nothing in it.

I had to remove the icon to let it work, probally there is another solution

I also need to know in demo 2 and many others theres on the left of category tabs a list of category or section , How I can do it in demo ?
