how to change bg color menu, i want to full color on menu bar

Thank for contacting us.
We got your issue. To change the bg color menu, you need go to Dashboard >> Theme Options >> CSS and add codes like the attachment screenshot.

i try to search where color option but not found please give me css code to change 3 place,,,please look attachment
