problem in VerticalMenu and theme

I have used guide in document but I have some problems.
1 Gap on top of search box (Image 1)
2 Vertical Mega Menus does not work properly ( 2 exist and I cant delete it)
3 most popular and new arrivals ...
4 Advanced Top Menu does not work
5 Brands Slider Block is to big and I cant change number of Brands
