Newsletter JS problem

I have modify your tpl file for newsletter - I delated content as it did not fit.
It was ok all the time, since I moved page to online and enabled all settings in configuration, such as CCC, cache , etc, then all problem occurs (seems like also "language bar" problem from my other post).
To be sure that this is not related to modification of .tpl file and changed to your oryginal file but it did not erase the problem, was the same.
When I clear cache and give reload, all seems to be ok for a minutes, but any move on the page after few minutes give the same error result.
