problems with update files

i have a little problem with the appearance of my site, only sees this problem in categories section. Already update the WP with the last version, but the problem still there...and have this message in my Dashboard...

this is my system status:
kutetheme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.6.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3,

kutetheme/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.6.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3

i now have to remplace this archives, but i cant enter to my FTP (i dont have permision in my work to conect to other host)...Please can you help me changes this files?. send to you a image to my Categories problem
