We got your question. We just discussed with our developers about free the plugins for multilingual languages. You can install Weglot plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/weglot/, it is free. But WPML plugin is better however you have to buy it.(https://wpml.org/?)
After you install that plugin, please let us know your result.
