Hi jpugas !
We got your intention. In our demo theme, the related products to be randomly generated. To remove or customize related products, you need go to back-end, select Product >> Add Product or Select the Product to Edit then complete the Linked product as this attachment screenshot. Let us know your result.

Ok, I will try it out. Could you let me know what the "Grouping" input does?

- what the "Grouping" input does?
A grouped product is created in much the same way as a simple product. The only difference is you select Grouped from the Product Type dropdown in the General product tab,... You can study more in here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
