    Can you please help me with the insertion of a Contact Form?
    Although I have seen that a contact form functionality is included in the plugins that appear in the documentation, a) No such plugin was installed (I have followed your step-by-step guide) and b) I can't find anything related with a contact form in the back-end.

    Exactly, we do not know which kind of Contact Form you want install. Example, if you want to install and activate the Contact form 7 plugin on your site. You can go to Back-end>> Plugins>> Add new, fill in the Keyword "Contact form 7" then install and setting this plugin.
