Logancee theme editing modules problem

We've installed the theme in our sever but we're having some problems editing the template:
We tried to edit with the documentation (for example)
http://kutethemes.com/help/custom-html-module/
I've read all the documentation, but I cannot edit nothing on the template. We've installated the "demo_simple" option, but it doesn't work okay, we cannot modify any module and it shows nothing to edit, it happens with all the installed modules. I've attached a file so you could see the problem.
