Demo 5 set up

Hi!

Have just purchased the theme for my online shop. I'd like it to look like Demo 5, with the header from Demo 16.

I'm completely new to this and can't seem to find a way to configure it on Visual Composer.

Is there a guide that can lead me through this process?
