stylesheet names are jumbled

I'm noticing now that when i do inspect on my site, all the css stylesheets have a bunch of letters for the stylesheet name. instead of how it was before much more clear which stylesheet that element can be found on. it used to be something like "style.css" and now its just a bunch of letters.
