page error

Dear jennifer
without login as user, when I check my web site as guest or customer there is page error that I attached picture as sample.
for instance when I click on login/register some time it shoe page error and after minute when I refresh the page it is work. it happen every where on checkout page,login page...
please let me know if you edit any things please.
