Cart Updated + Pay with card + Transportation Fee

Hello,
I have the following issues with my website:
1. Button 'Cart Updated' (in my language 'Actualizare Cos') do not work properly
2. a.When order value is more than 150 lei should display two ways of delivery: free shipping and pick up the ordes from the showroom. Why do I see three options?
b. When the order value is less than 150 lei should display only two delivery methods.
3. How to integrate the card payment method into site?
