THE CATEGORY GRID IS NOT ALIGN

As I was editing the theme, I don't know what I did that the Category pages are affected, the Category Grid is displaying 1 product, then 2 products, then 1 products again, instead of 3 products then 3 products the 3 products, please see the attach fle to see what I'm talking about. I think it's just in the setting somewhere but I'm lost with so many settings that I adjusted.
