Product images cutted from top

Hi,
I have added product images on homepage but images cuts from top side which looks odd.
Whenever I have added your image on 3rd product then looks perfectly.
Can u pls let me know the actual size to upload image on my products. I think Image size doesn't matter with width and height it will have to automatically adjust on any image ?
