mobile - small view and rtl

Hello,
1. I've noticed that when I view my site on mobile it only takes up 3/4 of the screen. As far as I can see there's nothing that's "pushing" it aside, for some reason the entire page just has a blank column on the left and you have to swipe to see all of it.
2. When rearranging the sections from full screen to mobile you put the left parts first (on top), when the site is in RTL it should be right parts on top of left parts.
