Translating Theme

Hi, I'd like your support to get Theme wordings translated into other language.
I've seen the file located at fashion/lang/en.php
But I'm not sure, for example, on how to get the "Call us:" on nav translated, since this key seems not to be on this file.

ADVICE: The theme is in my local, not yet uploaded to our server on the domain beyogi.com.ar
