Dynamic menu

Hi,
Menu on the main page: I have a problem with correct display of the category menu on the main page www.dlaelektrykow.pl. I have quite a few major categories, which are below the slider. Displaying the menu is not dynamic. Only after I scroll the mouse develops August to lower position. Can you do something about it, so immediately after entering the home page show up all categories in the side menu?
